Greetings from the Edge of the Pacific,

I hope this post finds you and yours healthy and well. To say 2020 has been "quite the year" has become so worn it's cliche but it WAS quite the year in real estate! There are some really interesting and new forces at work which I believe will continue to influence our markets here locally.
